DESCRIPTION:Group Show: Making Our Mark with Words and Art\nI am honored to announce that The Carbon Emissions Project has been invited to join a select group of talented artists and authors for a special exhibition at the Five Points Annex in Torrington. \nThis show\, Making Our Mark with Words and Art\, explores the powerful intersection of storytelling and visual expression. It is the perfect venue to showcase how our series uses art to tackle the complexities of the climate crisis. \nThe Exhibition\nOur debut title\, A Kid’s Guide to Climate Activism\, will be featured alongside other impactful works. For art lovers\, this is a unique chance to see how 15-year-old illustrator Luna Hansen utilizes recycled-material collages to bring climate vocabulary to life. Her vibrant\, high-energy imagery models the very sustainability our books advocate\, transforming concepts like “Carbon Emissions” and “Anthropogenic” into accessible tools for future leaders. \nJoin Us for Opening Night!\nLuna and I will both be there to celebrate the launch of the show.
