Celebrate Earth Day with us at the Stamford Museum & Nature Center! This all-new market is a triple celebration: Earth Day, the SM&NC’s 90th anniversary, and the USA’s 250th. It’s the perfect opportunity to declutter your home, shop sustainably, and empower the next generation of climate leaders.

We will be there with The Carbon Emissions Project booth, ready to help your family navigate the climate conversation with confidence and fun!

At Our Booth:

• Climate Quizzes: Kids can test their knowledge and win eco-friendly prizes.

• Book Signings: Grab a signed copy of A Kid’s Guide to Climate Activism or A Kid’s Guide to Economic Activism for the Climate.

• Art & Advocacy: See how Luna’s original collage art (made from recycled materials!) becomes a book illustration and learn how to start a sustainability movement in your own neighborhood.

Event Highlights:

• Sustainable Shopping: Explore vintage, thrifted, and eco-friendly treasures from local vendors.

• Massive RecycleFest: Bring your hard-to-recycle items (textiles, eyeglasses, art supplies, batteries, wine corks, and more!) to be properly recycled or reused by local organizations.

• Hands-on Fun: Make your own recycled paper (10 AM – 12 PM) and pick up free vegetable seed packets for your summer garden.
